Method of Operation

Initial Consultation & Follow-Up

Clients are able to secure an initial consultation by email or telephone, free of charge. Contact us now, on 07724542767 or at emiloshova@outlook.com, for an up-to-30-minute free consultation.

At the initial consultation, we assess clients' circumstances and inform them as to their options. We confirm the advice and level of services we provide. Clients are advised of the steps and procedures regarding their immigration matter. All of the above is confirmed in writing to clients, should they decide to accept service delivery, following an initial consultation.

Service Delivery

We handle client matters to a high standard and in a timely manner so as not to jeopardise clients' circumstances. This is achieved by accurate timekeeping, effective communication with involved parties, keeping track of deadlines and engaging with clients appropriately. Prepared applications are submitted to the Home Office or handed personally to clients for them to lodge at an application centre.

Documenting delivery and payment

Once service has been delivered, we confirm this to clients in writing or by email. Only then do we require payment of fees for the provision of our services. We charge on a fixed-fee basis, with no VAT added. A copy of our fee scale is available on request.

Outcome

We keep clients informed, appropriately and in a timely manner, of any updates, required action or the outcome of their applications, as soon as this has become known. We record the outcome of the case and store clients' files securely (as throughout the whole process).
